Our application process

A client case is formally initiated with Crossway Global. CWG notifies the employee of the case initiation within the agreed Service Level Agreement (SLA).

CWG verifies job details with the client, ensuring data is secure. Follow-up is conducted with the employee to collect any missing information.

CWG analyzes the case, flags potential issues, and arranges a call or email with the employee to explain the strategy, process, and timeline.

Review and Submit

CWG collaborates with the client to finalize and submit the case. Employees receive real-time updates, confirmation of submission, and access to documents.

CWG receives official approval, reviews for accuracy, and shares the notice with the employee via the case management system.
